Last night I picked up my Montana you were working on. I just want to let you know what I thought of your shop and service. From the start, Scotty was very helpful and friendly with his service. He wrote a very accurate estimate on the repair, much better job than my insurance adjuster did. Thanks for working with them to amend their estimate and take care of me.
As for the quality of the work, I am impressed. I have worked in a body shop before, and I sell to body shops now. I understand Paint and Body work, and see imperfections many shops leave in repairs. I am very impressed with the work of your body man and painter, they did very clean good work. The blending was very good, the paint matches perfectly! What I noticed the most and appreciate maybe even more than the flawless body work was the time that was taken to detail and clean my van up for us. With small children, the interior takes a beating. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SPENDING THE TIME TO DETAIL THE INSIDE OF MY VAN AS WELL AS THE EXTERIOR!! The first thing my wife noticed was that you cleaned the inside, and that the door opened and closed correctly. The little things tell me a lot about your business, you run a very good shop.

I was a customer of your auto body store this week, and I am so impressed with your staff. My occupation is a customer service rep. and I try to treat each customer the way I would like to be treated. But your staff has raised the bar with my job. I have never been treated so kindly and efficiently as I was at your business.
Scott handled my phones and all my questions including a last minute addition of a new windshield. He was every time upbeat, kind and never talked down to me even though I wasnt sure about what I was asking.
Dennis was my tech and he did an amazing job on this car. It is a 2005 Ford Focus wagon. As you probably know these cars are meant to be disposable and not last forever. When my husband had the this minorfender bender with this car, I was just crushed--thinking I would have to junk the car.
Dennis made my little car look like a new BMW. I am just so impressed with your business model and the complete way we were treated.
My husband is homemade auto body technician and a car collector. He is pretty particular when He is having work done by someone else. He was not just impressed with your work, but very very happy with the care you took on this little " tin " car that he does not love.
